A Google Penalty Recovery Team For Brands In Thailand
Primal’s search engine optimisation (SEO) team in Bangkok finds why a site lost its Google rankings, fixes the cause and, when Google has taken manual action, files the reconsideration request.

Find The Cause Before Changing The Site
When a brand’s site in Thailand suddenly loses its Google rankings, the cause is usually a manual action, an algorithm update or a technical change on the site. A manual action is a penalty a Google reviewer applies for breaking Google’s spam policies, and it appears in the Manual Actions report in Google Search Console. An algorithm drop follows a change to Google’s ranking systems and comes with no message. Removing pages, links or content before the cause is clear can cost rankings that were never at risk, so Primal checks the reports and the dates of the drop first, then fixes what caused it.
What Our Google Penalty Recovery Services Cover
Google penalty recovery at Primal has 6 parts. The cause of the drop sets which ones your site needs.
- Finding The CauseThe Manual Actions and Security Issues reports, ranking and click data, and the dates of confirmed Google updates, compared to find what caused the drop.
- Manual Action FixesThe issue Google reported, fixed on every affected page in every language the site carries, such as unnatural links, thin or copied content, hidden text or structured data that breaks Google’s guidelines.
- Link RemovalRemoval requests sent to the sites that host unnatural links to you, with a record of every request and every reply.
- Disavow FileA disavow file only for the links that cannot be removed and that caused, or are likely to cause, a manual action.
- Reconsideration RequestA written request to Google, filed in Search Console, that explains the issue, the fixes made and the evidence for each one.
- Algorithm RecoveryFor drops after a Google update, changes to content quality, page experience and site structure, measured as Google recrawls the site.

Your Google Penalty Questions Answered
How do I know if my site has a Google penalty?
Open the Manual Actions report in Google Search Console. If it lists an issue, a Google reviewer has applied a manual action to your site or to some of its pages. If the report is empty and rankings fell close to the date of a confirmed Google update, the drop is algorithmic, and no penalty notice exists. A drop on the day of a redesign or a site migration usually points to a technical cause.
Do I need to disavow links?
Most sites do not. Disavowing a link means asking Google to ignore it when it assesses your site, through a file uploaded in Search Console. Google advises using it only when many spam, artificial or low-quality links point to your site and they have caused a manual action, or are likely to. Primal asks the linking sites to remove links first and disavows only what remains.
How long does Google penalty recovery take?
It depends on the cause. For a manual action, the fixes come first, then the reconsideration request, and Google says most reviews take several days or weeks. For an algorithm drop there is no request to file, and rankings return as Google recrawls and reassesses the fixed pages, which can take months.
What happens if Google rejects the reconsideration request?
Google’s reply says which issues remain. Primal fixes those, adds the evidence and files the request again. A first request that documents every fix lowers the chance of a rejection.
What do your Google penalty recovery services include?
Finding the cause of the drop, fixing content, links and technical issues, link removal requests, a disavow file where one is needed, the reconsideration request for a manual action, and tracking after the fixes. The search team in our Bangkok office that runs Primal’s SEO services does the work.
