300 Digital Agencies In Thailand For 2026
This page lists 300 digital agencies in Thailand by name and website, A to Z, kept since 2026-01. A place on the list states nothing about an agency beyond its name and website. Below the list, a guide covers what agencies do, how they charge and 6 checks to run before you hire one.
Key Takeaways
- The list gives 300 digital agencies in Thailand by name and website, in A to Z order, and states nothing else about any of them.
- The list has been on this page since 2026-01. An agency is added when a reader or our team sends one with a live website, and removed when its website no longer opens.
- Shortlist the agencies whose own websites list the work you need, then check each site for client results with figures, the names of the team and partner badges you can confirm in the platform's own directory.
- Agencies in Thailand usually charge a fixed monthly fee, a share of your ad spend or a price per project, so ask for a quote that shows the agency's fee apart from the ad spend.
- Keep your Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics accounts in your company's name and add the agency as a user, so the campaign history and data stay with you.
This page lists 300 digital agencies in Thailand by name and website, in A to Z order. Primal publishes the list and has kept it on this page since 2026-01.
It is for business owners and marketing managers who want to hire an agency in Thailand and need a list of names to start from.
Start with the work you need, such as search engine optimisation (SEO), ads on Google or Meta, or social media content. Shortlist the agencies whose own websites list that work as a service. Then check each one on its own site for client results with figures, the names of the people who would work on your account, and partner badges you can confirm in the platform’s own directory.
Below the list, a guide explains what a digital marketing agency does, how agencies in Thailand charge and 6 checks to run before you sign.

What A Digital Marketing Agency Does
A digital marketing agency plans and runs a business’s marketing on online channels. The work usually covers SEO, ads on Google and social media, social media content, websites and now artificial intelligence (AI) search. A marketing agency is the wider term and can include offline work such as TV and events. Buyers in Thailand use both terms for the same kind of company.
An agency covers roles you would otherwise hire one by one. Those roles are planning, campaign management, content and design, and a developer for the website. A business with no marketing team gets all of them under one contract.
Start from the work you need. Then check that the agency lists that work as a service on its own website.
| What your business needs | The type of agency that does this work |
|---|---|
| Customers from Google and AI answers | An SEO agency, or a digital marketing agency that sells SEO and AI search |
| Leads or online revenue from ads | A performance agency, or a digital marketing agency that runs ad accounts |
| A campaign idea, a brand look and design | A creative agency |
| Large TV and outdoor media buys | A media agency |
| News coverage and trust in the brand | A public relations (PR) agency |
| Reviews and content from influencers or key opinion leaders (KOLs) | An influencer agency |
| Several channels under one plan and budget | A digital marketing agency with several services |
One Agency For Every Channel Or Several Specialists
Customers often ask us whether one agency should run all their advertising. One agency suits you when every channel shares one budget and one target, such as a cost per lead. The same team can then shift budget between Google and Meta when one of them brings leads at a lower cost. You also get one report.
Specialists suit you when one channel brings most of your customers and needs depth. A business that wins most of its customers from Google search is one example. If you need an agency for SEO only, see our list of SEO agencies in Thailand.
If you hire several agencies, write down each one’s scope and give each its own campaigns. Then make one person in your company the owner of the overall plan and budget.
How Agencies In Thailand Charge For Their Work
Agencies in Thailand usually charge a fixed monthly fee, a share of your ad spend or a price per project. Customers often ask us what share of the media budget an agency takes and whether there is a minimum spend.
Ask each agency for a quote that shows its own fee apart from the ad spend paid to Google, Meta or TikTok. Then ask for the minimum monthly ad spend. Ask too what the fee covers each month, such as campaigns, content, a monthly report and meetings. Our guide to what Google Ads costs in Thailand explains how ad spend is set.
How We Keep This List
The list gives each agency’s name and website address and nothing more, in A to Z order. We add an agency when a reader or our team sends one with a live website. We remove an agency when its website no longer opens. To add an agency, correct a name or report a website that has closed, write to hello@prml.com.
How To Choose A Digital Marketing Agency In Thailand
Run these 6 checks on every agency you are considering, including agencies that are not on this list.
1. Check Partner Status In The Platforms’ Own Directories
If an agency says it is a partner of a platform, ask for the link to its listing in that platform’s own directory. You can also search the Google Partners directory, the TikTok Marketing Partners directory and LINE Thailand’s Agency Partner list yourself. A directory shows only agencies that chose to list, so ask the agency directly when you find nothing. Meta’s partner directory opens only after a Facebook login.
Google’s Partners directory says Premier Partner status goes to the leading 3% of Google Partners in each country. The status covers Google Ads work only. It says nothing about SEO, social media or creative work.
2. Read Reviews On Clutch And Google
Open the agency’s profile on Clutch and its Google Business Profile, and read the latest reviews. Check whether the reviews describe the work you plan to hire for, such as Meta ads or social media management. If an agency has few reviews, ask to speak to a current client about how the work runs day to day.
3. Check The Company Record With The DBD
An agency’s brand name often differs from its registered name. Ask each agency for its registered name, then search it in DBD DataWarehouse, run by the Department of Business Development (DBD). The registration date and the financial statements on file show how old and how large the company is.
4. Keep Ad Accounts In Your Company’s Name
Customers often ask us whether to use their own ad accounts or the agency’s. An ad account holds your campaign history, your audiences and your conversion data. Keep Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics in your company’s name, and add the agency as a user.
An agency may open an account for you in its own name. If so, write in the contract that it hands the account over at the end.
5. Ask Who Works On Your Account And Where
Customers often ask us how big the team on their account will be and where it is based. Ask for the names and roles of the people who will do the work each month, from planning and ads to creative. If some of them work from another country, agree on meeting times and the language of the reports at the start.
6. Ask For A Sample Monthly Report
Customers often ask us for an example report they can share with their management. Ask each agency for a sample report or dashboard with the client’s name hidden. Check that it shows the spend and the results you agreed on, such as leads or revenue.
It should also show the cost per result and what will change next month. A report with only reach and likes does not show whether the budget brought in revenue.
Mark McDowell, who founded Primal, saw this on a call with a spa business this year. It had parted with its previous agency on bad terms and had no reports from it. While we talked, I checked the website with Google’s Tag Assistant and could see a Google Analytics tag and a Google Ads tag on it, but the director had no login to the Analytics account. When an agency sets up the accounts and the work ends badly, the business may not get those logins back, so ask who owns each account before you sign.
If you are comparing agencies now, Primal’s digital marketing services page sets out each of our services, from SEO and AI search to ads, social media and creative work.
Frequently Asked Questions About Hiring A Digital Marketing Agency
Can Two Agencies Work On The Same Ad Account?
Customers often ask us whether a new agency will clash with their current one in the Facebook setup. Two agencies can work on one account when each has its own campaigns or channels. Give each of them access through your own Business Manager. Problems start when both edit the same campaign or target the same audience.
Keep one person in your company who sees the work of both agencies.
Can We Start With A Pilot Project?
Customers often ask us whether they can start small before a longer contract. Ask the agency whether it takes on pilots, then agree the measures, the start and end dates and the ad budget in writing. Agree too which result would lead you to continue.
What Should We See In The First Three Months?
Customers often ask us what results to expect early on. The first month usually goes on tracking setup, account checks and planning. Ads start to give lead numbers and a cost per lead within a few weeks of going live. SEO usually takes longer.
Ask for a plan of what will be done and measured in each of the first three months.
What Does Google Premier Partner Status Tell You?
It tells you the agency is in the Premier tier of the Google Partners programme, which looks at Google Ads work only. If your main need is social media, creative or influencer work, check the agency’s results and reviews in that work too.
Do You Still Need An Agency When AI Tools Can Do So Much?
AI tools can draft text, make images and suggest search terms. An agency plans across channels, runs the ad accounts, checks the facts and reports against your targets each month. Ask each agency how it uses AI tools in its own work and who checks what they produce.
